Angel Policy

All rights, including copyright, intellectual property, ownership, and publishing rights, belong strictly to Le Doux Designs LLC. Purchasing our physical or digital products does not transfer copyright or ownership to the buyer.

Personal Use & Reproductions

Our images and designs are intended strictly for personal use and crafted projects. They may not be reproduced, copied, resold, or used in any form of commercial activity, promotional marketing, or branding without the prior written consent of Le Doux Designs LLC.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning Restrictions

  • No AI Training or Data Scraping: No portion of our artwork, stamps, digital files, stencil patterns, or promotional imagery may be uploaded, scraped, ingested, or processed into any artificial intelligence (AI) model, machine learning framework, image generator, or dataset.

  • No AI Derivative Works: You may not use our artwork or product images as input prompts, image-to-image references, or source material to train, generate, or produce AI-generated artwork, vector files, digital downloads, or physical goods.

  • Digital Alterations: Manipulative digital editing, vectorizing, scanning for digital distribution, or AI-assisted alteration of our original designs is strictly prohibited.

Licensing & Fair Use for Crafters

Purchases are granted as a non-exclusive, personal-use license to a single individual. Digital files or physical products cannot be shared, swapped, resold as standalone files/stamps, or redistributed in any form.

We support independent crafters and hand-makers! You are permitted to sell individual, hand-crafted finished items created using Le Doux Designs LLC products under the following conditions:

  • Handmade Only: Every item offered for sale must be personally hand-stamped or hand-crafted by you. Mechanical, digital, laser, or high-volume mass production, assembly-line reproduction, or printing of our designs is strictly prohibited.

  • No AI or Digital Sales: Finished products for sale cannot be offered as digital downloads, AI-generated/assisted variations, or scanned digital assets.

  • Credit & Attribution: Where possible, please include a statement with your finished projects giving credit to Le Doux Designs LLC for the original image design.

Digital Product Terms & Refund Policy

  • All digital purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable due to the immediate digital nature of the content. Reselling or redistributing digital files is prohibited.

  • Upon order completion, an email containing access links to your digital files will be dispatched automatically.

  • File Management: Each digital item is limited to five (5) downloads per purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to save and backup their files upon receipt. Le Doux Designs LLC is not responsible for replacing or restoring lost or deleted files once the download limit has been reached.
